中华文化日--包饺子之“准备饺子馅” Chinese Culture Day—Making Dumplings: Preparing the Filling

由温尼伯中华文化中心与枫华之家联合推出的面向大众传授中华文化和美食,在4月4日于温尼伯downtown的文化中心二楼向公众传授包饺子的基本方法。这个视频是"包饺子"系列视频之一的“准备饺子馅”。

Organized jointly by the Winnipeg Chinese Cultural Centre and Manitoba Chinese Family Center, this public event—designed to introduce Chinese culture and cuisine to the general public—took place on April 4th on the second floor of the Cultural Centre in downtown Winnipeg, where participants learned the basics of making dumplings. 

This video is part of the“Making Dumplings”series and focuses on“Preparing the Dumpling Filling.”
